Wow...It's been 3 years!!!!!

Whoa...three years since I've posted here, huh?  Man oh man does time fly!!!!!  I'm not even sure what happened to cause such a lapse...it could be just the hustle and bustle of life getting faster and faster as the kiddos get older and life continues on!  :)

Three years is a lot of catching up to do!!!!  Kids are now three years older (obviously!) and are getting ready for 6th, 3rd and 1st grade...wow....again with that time flying thing!  They are growing up to be such neat people and I love watching them discover who they are, who they want to be and watch them follow their dreams!

Chris - This guy is getting big my friends...and not just in age but in height!  He is currently only about a half an inch shorter than I am!!!!  Granted I'm not that tall...but still!  He's been really busy with Boy Scouts (he's currently at Camp this week) and has really gotten into golf!  He's been a math whiz the last couple of years and has competed in the district Math Contest which he has then qualified for the State Contest...amazing the information his brain can hold!

Daniel - My sweet smiley boy is still as smiley as ever (except for yesterday...whew...that would be one long post in and of itself!) and still loves soccer and school!  Pokemon is a new obsession with him the last year or so and his love of video games only increases as time goes on...for better or for worse!   :)

Kate - This girl is a dancing addict!!!!!  Drama should have been her middle name when she was born...but dancing has been a great outlet for her!  She has gone to her first competition and did an excellent job!  I'm so proud of the young lady she's becoming....we are just going to have to make sure we are keeping her and her attitude in check!  :)

Greg and I are still working away at Truman and Ray Miller Elementary and are always busy taking a kiddo here or a kiddo there in addition to keeping up with the house and everything else!  Life is busy and we are very blessed to have amazing friends and family to share in this journey with us!  It is often overwhelming and I often overthink things (some things never change) but we are still cruising along and enjoying most of what comes our way!

Here's to hoping that it's not another three years before I post again and that I can keep up with posting our happy days and frustrating days (because we all know that those will hopefully be something to laugh at in the future!)!

Until next time!
