She's On The Move!!!!

Well, it's official now...Kate is REALLY on the move! :) Tonight Kate started really crawling through the house! She's very proud of herself and now that she's getting it down we are REALLY going to have to baby proof the house!

Her brothers think it's great fun to watch her crawl to something and then they clap when she's gotten to where she's going and she sits up! Those two boys are going to have her completely spoiled! :)

Watch out world! Here she comes! :)

9 Month Check-up

Kate had her 9 month check-up today and she looks great! :) She weighs 21 lbs. 9 oz and is 28 1/2 inches tall! :)

The good news is that the soy formula we have started her on has helped to really clear up her asthma symptoms that she had going on...she does still have wheezing though so she still has to be on her nebulizer.

The bad news...she has fluid on her ears and the doctor thinks she could develop another ear infection in a matter of days...this being who knows how many since October. She wants to give her a month on the soy formula to see if it's making a big difference but if she continues to have fluid in her ears then she will more than likely need tubes. Stinky...

Other than that, she is growing like a weed is doing great! :) She still isn't really crawling but she's figuring out how to get around by going backwards, she curious about everything and man oh man...we are really going to have to baby proof the house for her! :)

9 Months Old! :)

Today Kate is 9 months old! I simply can't believe it....9 months since this beautiful little girl came into this world and joined our family! :)

Today she is still a joy...little growls, shrieks, and all! :) I am one lucky mommy...everyday I get to snuggle (sort of since she's not a fan these days!) and hold and play with my baby girl! She's growing up quickly and I'm taking everything in and enjoying all of these moments!!!! :)

What an amazing weekend I just had....a fantastic time with friends and family! I could not have asked for anything more...I feel relaxed and happy. I have said it before and I will say it many times in the future....I am truly blessed to have all of these people in my life. I don't know what I have done to deserve it but I am appreciative every day! :)

The Life of a 3-year old! :)

So I was in the kitchen making dinner for the family when I hear Daniel say, "Here are my eggs!" Apparently the little man had taken the balls from Kate's new ball popper and put them in her bumbo seat and VOILA! He had eggs in a nest! :)

To make this situation even funnier (because who would have thought to turn these balls into eggs but a three year old!), Chris offered to sit on the "eggs" to keep them warm! :)

You might be wondering what happened to my little three year old who created these eggs in the first place? Well, he almost immediately turned into a puppy! If only we all were so carefree!!!! :)
